Bill Tempany (Chairman, CEO, Audit Committee)
Bill has more than 30 years of senior management experience in hi-tech companies and more than 10 years' experience in the public market. Mr. Tempany has been the CEO of AeroMechanical Services since March 2003.

He was founder, President, and CEO of Fintech Services Ltd. (now Sylogist Ltd. TSX.V: SYZ), President and founder of QByte Services Ltd. (now owned by IBM), and a consultant in the international Oil and Gas industry to companies such as Ziff Energy and Petrobras.

Doug Marlin (Audit Committee, Compensation Committee)
Mr. Marlin has been President of Marlin Ventures Inc., a Canadian-based consulting firm, since January 1997.  He is a Director of Zed.i Solutions Inc. (TSX.V: ZED) as well as a Director for JDA Software Group Inc (Nasdaq: JDAS).  Mr. Marlin was previously President of JDA Software Ltd. from 1981 to 1996.  

Jack Olcott (Compensation Committee)
Jack Olcott is educated as an aeronautical engineering with BSE and MSE degrees from Princeton University and a MBA from Rutgers University as well as a certificate in leadership training from Harvard’s School of Government. Mr. Olcott began his career in Business Aviation and was involved with creating a flight research laboratory at the Indian Institute of Technology/Kanpur. He also obtained and management flight mechanics contracts issued by NASA and private industry. In the early 1970’s Mr. Alcott began a career in aviation journalism where he achieved the position of Editor and publisher of Business & Commercial Aviation magazine and a Vice President within McGraw-Hill’s Aviation Week Group. In 1992, Mr. Alcott joined the National Business Aviation Association as President until 2003. Mr. Olcott is presently President of General Aviation Company.

Paul Takalo (Audit Committee)
Paul Takalo is a Chartered Accountant who was employed with Grant Thornton from 1985 to 2005 with the last 5 years as Audit Partner. From July 2005 to November 2005 Mr. Takalo provided consulting service. From November 2005 he has held the position of Vice-President, Finance with Standen’s Limited.

Mike Brown (Compensation Committee)
Mr. Brown has been a business lawyer with Geselbracht Brown since January 1997.  He was previously a lawyer with Plazzer & Geselbracht from January 1995 to January 1997.
