AeroMechanical Services Ltd. (TSX.V: AMA) was formed in 1998 and began work on an automated data collection and delivery device for commercial aviation. The Company has grown to one of the world's leading providers of real-time data communications for the aerospace industry. Our single hardware device, the automated flight information reporting system (afirs) operates on multiple aircraft types and provides functions such as voice and text messaging, data collection and transmission, credit card validation and on-demand streaming of Black Box parameters. AMA's partnership with Iridium makes it possible to provide this service to whoever needs it, wherever they need it, anywhere on the planet.

Clients are using AeroMechanical's products on every continent on the planet. The Company proudly serves more than 30 aircraft operators globally with a contracted fleet of more than 718 aircraft.  AeroMechanical has also developed an extensive list of certifications for various types of aircraft from Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier, Hawker Beech, Viking Air, Fokker, Embraer and others (STC Chart Link). 

The Company also has strong strategic partnerships with L-3 Communications (L-3), the global leader in Black Box sales, Sierra Nevada Corporation, a major avionics manufacturer in the U.S., and Meggitt, a U.K. based supplier of aviation products including the only provider of engine vibration monitoring equipment to all aircraft and commercial turbine engines in the world.

AeroMechanical has been publicly traded on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX.V: AMA) since March 2003.  The Company's solutions and services are primarily sold under the FLYHT brand name (www.flyht.com).
