CALGARY, May 20 /CNW/ - AeroMechanical Services Ltd. ("AMA") announced
today that its investor relations agreement with AGORACOM has been terminated.
On May 16, 2008 AMA received an email from AGORACOM stating that its
investor relations agreement with AMA was being terminated a 4:00 PM EST. The
reason given was AMA's decision to not grant stock options to AGORACOM. We
thank AGORACOM for its service over the past four years and wish them the best
of luck in the future. AMA continues to engage The Howard Group in an investor
relations capacity. It has provided an outstanding level of service to AMA and
its shareholders. The Howard Group's continued support will assure that this
high standard will be maintained.
