AeroMechanical Services Ltd. Announces Exclusive Distribution Contract for China with Flight Explorer

    CALGARY, May 30 /CNW/ - AeroMechanical Services Ltd. ("AMA") is pleased
to announce it has signed an agreement with Flight Dimensions International,
Inc., otherwise known as Flight Explorer, to be the exclusive distributor of
their Aircraft Situation Display products and services in China. Flight
Explorer is a global aircraft tracking, information technology and
communications solutions provider to the aerospace industry. Flight Explorer
provides the products and services to over 800 corporate clients and over
7,000 end-user subscriber licenses including the majority of major airlines,
regional airlines, cargo operators and business jet operators globally.
    The agreement includes the integration of the data from AMA's afirs(TM)
UpTime(TM) solution with Flight Explorer's products. AMA will receive
commissions from the sale of Flight Explorer's products to the Chinese market.
AMA has concluded the first sale to a Chinese carrier and will receive
commission revenues in Q2. AMA anticipates the AMA revenue could initially be
$100,000 annually with the possibility of increasing to $300,000 annually by
2012.
