    CALGARY, Aug. 12 /CNW/ - AeroMechanical Services Ltd. ("AMA") regrets to
announce the resignation of interim COO, Johannes (John) Brom, effective as of
October 9, 2008. Mr. Brom held the position of interim COO since November 6,
2007, he will be leaving to pursue other interests. Mr. Brom's
responsibilities will be shared amongst the Senior Management team.
    AMA has benefited from Mr. Brom's time with the company. His industry
knowledge has helped AMA with both product development and development of new
processes. AMA wishes Mr. Brom all the best.
